Return and Exchange Policy

The vans.kiev.ua online store strives to provide the most convenient service for every customer. If an item is the wrong size or color, or if it has a manufacturing defect, you can return or exchange it according to the rules below.

1. Application deadline

1.1. The buyer has the right to submit a request for a return or exchange of goods within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.

1.2. The countdown of this period begins on the next day after receiving the parcel from the delivery service .

2. Conditions of acceptance of goods

In order for an item to be accepted for return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• the product has not been used and shows no signs of wear;
• original packaging, labels and complete set are preserved;
• the product is in a marketable condition and is suitable for resale;
• there is no damage resulting from improper use.

3. Exchange of goods

If the item is the wrong size or model, you can arrange an exchange. To do this, please contact the store's customer service and confirm the availability of the item you wish to exchange.

After receiving and checking the returned item, we will send a new item to the buyer.

4. Refunds

In the event of a return, funds will be refunded once the item has been received and inspected by our warehouse. Refunds will be made using the payment method used to place the order or another agreed-upon method.

5. Warranty cases

If a possible manufacturing defect (e.g., seams have come apart, the sole has peeled off, or another material defect) is discovered within 30 days of receiving the item, the buyer can contact our customer service to resolve the issue.

After checking the goods, we can offer:
