User Agreement for the vans.kiev.ua online store
This agreement is a legal agreement between you (the User) and the online store vans.kiev.ua (hereinafter referred to as the Store). By using the vans.kiev.ua website and making purchases, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms of this agreement.
1. General Provisions
1.1. The vans.kiev.ua store provides users with access to products presented on the website, as well as the ability to make purchases through the online store.
1.2. All terms of this agreement are binding on both Users and the Store.
2. Data processing
2.1. To make purchases through the vans.kiev.ua website, the User may provide the necessary information, including, but not limited to, name, address, telephone number, and email address.
2.2. The User agrees that the data provided by them will be used by the Store to fulfill the order, as well as to inform the User about new products and promotions, unless otherwise specified.
2.3. The Store undertakes not to transfer Users' personal information to third parties, except in cases provided by law.
3. Placing an order
3.1. Orders are placed through the website interface, where the User selects the product, specifies the quantity, and other required information.
3.2. After placing an order, the Store sends the User a confirmation of order acceptance via email or SMS.
3.3. The User undertakes to provide accurate delivery information. If inaccurate information is provided, the Store shall not be liable for incorrectly delivered goods.
4. Prices and payment
4.1. Product prices listed on vans.kiev.ua are subject to change without prior approval from the User. However, the product price at the time of ordering is final.
4.2. The user can pay for the order through the payment systems available on the website, as well as by cash on delivery upon receipt of the goods.
5. Delivery
5.1. The Store delivers the goods according to the method chosen by the User (courier, mail).
5.2. Delivery costs and times depend on the chosen delivery method and address. Delivery information is provided when placing your order.
6. Return and exchange of goods
6.1. The user has the right to return or exchange goods in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.
6.2. Return of goods is possible only if the product is in its original condition, the seal, packaging and the receipt are present.
7. Responsibility
7.1. The store is not responsible for any technical problems that may arise while using the site, unless they are due to its fault.
7.2. The User is responsible for the correctness of the data entered during registration and order placement.
8. Copyright
8.1. All materials contained on the website vans.kiev.ua are the property of the Store and are protected by copyright.
8.2. The User has no right to copy, modify or otherwise violate copyright without the prior written consent of the Store.
9. Changes to the transaction
9.1. The Store reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement without prior consent of the User. All changes will be published on the website, and the User is deemed to have read them after their publication.
10. Legislation
10.1 This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
